This competition is open to all Singaporean students attending Secondary Schools in Singapore (Government, Government-Aided and Independent Schools).

Applicants must be secondary students to any of the above mentioned schools as of the year 2007.

Literary works submitted must be agreeable to the release for the duration of the whole project.

All submissions must reach the Embassy of Spain, 7 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec Tower One #39-00, Singapore 038987 before 31 August 2007 (12 noon).

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

The Embassy of Spain will not be held liable for any damages / loss of works submitted for this project.

The Judges’ decision is nal and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Winners will be contacted by the Embassy of Spain and notied by post. The results will be revealed on 12 October 2007.

All prizes are non-transferable.

Date and venue of the Prize Ceremony will be announced in due course.
